Quietly looking after the people you love.
A simple QR card with their emergency information — for when they can't speak for themselves. Set up once. Updated anytime. Shared only when it matters.
Set up once. Ready forever.
Four short steps to a profile that quietly does its job in the background.
Create the profile
For yourself, your child, an elderly parent, or anyone you care for. About three minutes.
Add what matters
Emergency contacts, allergies, medications, care instructions. You decide what's visible.
Print the card
A small QR card to clip on a school bag, fold in a wallet, or loop on luggage. Free PDF download.
Help arrives faster
If someone scans it, they see only what helps. You get notified the moment it's used.
Calm, clear, and only what's needed.
When someone scans the QR, they see a simple page designed for stressed strangers — not patients, not paramedics. Just the right information, in the right order.
Critical alerts come first
Allergies, conditions, and "read this first" instructions appear at the top, in red.
One-tap calling
Emergency contacts in priority order. Tap any name to call straight through.
Sensitive details stay private
Date of birth, doctor's name, medication doses — hidden by default. You choose what's visible.
Local emergency numbers
The right number for wherever the helper is — not where you live. Works abroad.
Not just for medical patients. For everyday peace of mind.
Wherever the people you love are — at school, on a school trip, at work, abroad — a CrisisConnects profile is ready when they need it.
Children at school
Allergies, medical needs, parents' contacts — clipped to the school bag.
Elderly parents
Reaches family if they're confused, lost, or unwell — folded in a wallet.
Travellers abroad
Local emergency numbers wherever they go. Looped on a luggage handle.
School trips
Whole-class profiles for chaperones. Allergies and contacts in one scan.
Medical needs
Conditions, medications, doctor contacts — for those who need careful care.
Communication needs
For non-verbal or hard-of-hearing people. Helpers know how to communicate.
Disability support
Routines, support workers, sensory needs — designed to reduce stress for helpers.
Everyday safety
Cyclists, runners, lone workers — anyone who might need help quickly.
Built carefully. Held responsibly.
Crisis profiles for vulnerable people demand a higher standard of care. Here's how we hold ourselves to it.
Privacy by design
Built to APP, GDPR, GDPR-K and COPPA standards. Encrypted at rest. We don't sell data. We never will.
Independently audited
Annual third-party privacy and security audits. Findings published. No quiet patches.
Profile subject rights
Adults can claim, contest, or remove a profile that someone else made for them. We respond fast.
In their own words.
From parents, carers, and safety-conscious organisations using CrisisConnects today.
"Knowing my daughter has her allergies and our numbers right there if anything happens at school — I worry less every morning. It's quiet peace of mind."
"My mother has early dementia. Now if she gets disoriented at the shops, anyone can help her find me. The card lives on her keychain."
"For school excursions, this is exactly what we needed. One scan and chaperones see allergies, parents' numbers, everything. We're rolling it out school-wide."
Quotes shown are illustrative — real testimonials replace these at launch.
Things parents and carers ask us most.
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating profiles, downloading printable cards, and receiving scan alerts are all free. Optional paid features (premium printed cards, organisation accounts) are coming later, but the safety basics are always free.
Do I need to install an app?
No app needed — for you or for the helper. You manage profiles in any web browser. When someone scans the QR, the profile opens in their phone's browser, instantly.
What happens to my data?
Your data is encrypted, never sold, and only shared in the way you specify. You decide which fields are visible on a public scan. You can pause or delete the profile at any time. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What if I lose the card?
Each card has a unique QR. If you lose one, regenerate a new code in your dashboard — the old one stops working immediately. We can also send replacement printed cards to your address.
Can someone scan it just out of curiosity?
If they do, they only see what you've explicitly chosen to make public — typically just first name, age, allergies, and the right phone numbers. Sensitive details like medications and doctor's name remain hidden unless a proper "I found this person" flow is activated.
Is it a substitute for emergency services?
No. CrisisConnects is not a replacement for calling your local emergency number. Every public profile shows the correct local emergency number prominently. Our role is to help reach the right people quickly, alongside emergency services — not instead of them.
